I have not been blogging as much this week, and I apologize to those who have been expecting daily blogs. During Monday mornings practice, my mother, who lives here in Tucson, had to be taken to the emergency room and has been in the hospital ever since. I have been spending much of my free time with that situation, so I have not been able to keep up with the blog. It is nice to know that a few of you miss it! Thanks for all the kind words from those of you who knew of the situation.

Today's blog is from a busy day yesterday. After yesterday mornings practice at Rincon Vista, the managers did helmet and shoulder pad maintenance on their players helmets and shoulder pads. We then switched helmets back to white for today's practice.

The managers have done an EXCELLENT job during training camp, and our football team is lucky to have such a GREAT student manager staff. We had practice this morning with very few, if any, problems from switching helmets.

We are starting to get ready for tomorrow nights meet the team at our scrimmage. We will be wearing our new game jerseys during the scrimmage.

We are also starting to get focused on packing trunks for our game against Toledo, which is TWO WEEKS FROM TONIGHT!!!!!

Enjoy pictures from yesterday below:
