First Day of Spring Practice

First day was awesome! We were a little rusty at first, but after just a little bit of rusty with their drills, the players picked it up and our first practice was a huge success.

The managers did a great job, especially after losing 6 seniors. With only 9 managers back from the fall, and adding a few that would like to managers next year, we had a great practice.

We have a new running back/tight end coach, Seth Litrell, from Texas Tech. He is going to fit in very well with everyone else. He is very low maintenance, and fun to be around.

We have today off from practice, and scheduled to go again tomorrow. I had alot of fun visiting with Ted Miller of ESPN who was covering practice. I enjoy reading his blog 3 or 4 times a day. He covers the Pac 10 College Football for ESPN.com

Hopefully I will start having stuff to blog about again.
