Golf Tournament and Clinic A Success!

This past weekend we had a great time hosting our first golf tournament and equipment clinic! We had 88 golfers play in our tournament at Dell Urich Golf Course here in Tucson. We had a very successful raffle and auction after the tournament.

The next day, we had 37 people attend our first ever equipment clinic. We had one come all the way from Hawaii. We also had numerous attend from California and Colorado. We are already looking forward to more clinics in the future.

We had many former Wildcat athletes play in our golf tournament, including Max Zendejas and George Arias:We had great support from equipment managers all over the country:

We had hundreds of items sent to us from equipment managers all over the country for our raffle after the tournament:

We had awesome items donated to us from all over the country, some we used in a silent auction:

My lovely wife, Cindy, handled all registration for the clinic:

We had nice name tags for all of our attendees:

Tom Boesel from our staff did a GREAT workshop on Embellishing, and he had Stahl's Cad Cutter and other items to illustrate how we use the products. This is a picture of the Cad Cutter:

Marty Cothern of Riddell, flew in from Jacksonville, Florida to speak on Shoulder pad fitting. Marty fits many of the NFL teams and players and we were lucky to have him come speak at our clinic:

Dan Vooletich of Riddell talking to two equipment managers from San Diego who came over for the clinic:

Paul Lopez of Arizona State visiting with Jeff Watson of Riddell All American:

Some of the people at our clinic, including Al Ginoza, Equipment Manager for the Hawaii Warriors (green shirt), who flew in from Honolulu for the clinic.

Yes, having 88 golfers for your first tournament is definitely a success! That number has more chances of increasing in the following years if you keep up the good work. Anyway, how many clinics have you put up now?
